Mounjaro

3D Packaging System

For the Mounjaro packaging, the goal was to translate official print production data into a photorealistic 3D model — accurate down to proportions, folds, material finish and label details. The result is a digital twin of the carton that behaves like a physical product, without the limitations of traditional photography.

From Print Data to Digital Asset

Using final print files as a starting point, the carton was reconstructed with precise modelling and carefully calibrated textures. Subtle paper structure, coating reflections and edge behavior were recreated to achieve true-to-life realism.

The lighting setup was developed as a reusable studio environment: controlled highlights, soft shadow gradients and a clean, premium atmosphere. Once defined, this scene becomes a permanent production stage.

A System, Not Just a Render

The key advantage isn’t a single image — it’s the system behind it.
The 3D scene is always ready to:

  • Integrate new dosage variants

  • Adapt to updated packaging designs

  • Generate campaign visuals in consistent look & feel

  • Produce key visuals, close-ups or motion pieces instantly

No re-shooting. No studio bookings. No logistical effort.

Efficiency Meets Consistency

By replacing repeated photography with a scalable 3D workflow, production time is significantly reduced and costs for physical shoots are minimized. At the same time, visual consistency across product lines is guaranteed — every new pack integrates seamlessly into the established visual language.

A simple carton — engineered into a future-proof visual production tool.
